Aqua Timez

Yes, you can tell. I am one of the countless fans of Aqua Timez across the globe and through this section, I would like you to know how much this band means to me.

An Introduction to the band. Aqua Timez started out by year 2000, after two of the original members met on the internet and later discovered that they were studying at the same campus. After the members were completed (most probably at year 2005), they were still using "Aqua Times" as their band's name. By then they were still unpopular nationwide and still haven't made singles & albums. They later renamed their band's name by changing "Times" to "Timez" at year 2005. The beginning of their popularity marked when they have released their very first mini album which definitely appealed to the Japanese youths.

The members of Aqua Timez are as follows:

Discovered. The anime Bleach lead me in becoming a hardcore fan of this band. Indeed, the voice of Futoshi (lead singer) captured my attention. His voice is unique and definitely, it's like no other. In fact, I thought I'll have a crush on him or something like that. But of course, it's just the admiration of a fan to the one she idolizes.

Returning to their songs for the Bleach anime, the first song that I heard in full version is Sen no Yoru wo Koete, which is also the no. 1 jmusic on my list. I just love the blending of music, the voice of the vocalist, the meaning of the song - everything! I was very satisfied when I heard it all and made me think that, "this is the beginning of my Aqua Timez fandom!!" Next to Sen no yoru wo Koete is ALONES, the song that I want to credit the most. Without it, I will never have known Aqua Timez. totemo utsukushiku!

Together with YUI, Aqua Timez lead me to a Jpop sensation like no other. I started out browsing lyrics, mp3, and whatsoever that are connected to them. I also search on some mp3 downloads on the net, but unfortunately I only have 5 songs stored in my pc - and all of them are in my growing jmusic list. Long live Aqua Timez!!! Haha!
